DELIVERY

All assets are insured during transportation to provide you with peace of mind and protection throughout the delivery process.

All transportation is carried out using our own insured fleet, ensuring safe, reliable, and fully controlled delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination:

  • United States:
    • Up to 10 days for delivery to the client’s location
    • Up to 14 days for customer pickup, allowing the asset to arrive at our logistics facility
  • Canada:
    • Delivery time of up to 22 days

To offer added convenience, we provide free delivery for the first 1,000 miles.
After the first 1,000 miles, a fee of $1 per mile will apply, regardless of the type and size of the asset.

Please note that special promotions may be available from time to time, including discounted transportation rates.

WARRANTY

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase made through our platform. For this reason, we offer a 6-Month Limited Warranty or 10,000 miles, along with a 14-Day reject or refund policy applicable to all heavy equipment and assets, effective from the date you take possession.

During this period, clients may thoroughly test a vehicle for up to 1,000 miles, or evaluate other assets for unlimited operating hours. If needed, the asset may be returned or exchanged for any reason, with no questions asked, provided the conditions below are met.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted if the vehicle or asset has:

  • Been involved in an accident or sustained damage
  • Been modified or altered from its original delivered condition
  • Been used as collateral for a loan, also known as an encumbrance

In the event of a rejection, a full refund will be issued promptly, with all refunds processed within 48–72 hours. In such cases, delivery charges are waived.

We are dedicated to delivering a seamless and worry-free experience and remain available to assist you throughout every step of the process.

REFUND / REJECT POLICY

The warranty and peace of mind provided by Us offer coverage for your new vehicle through our 6-Month Limited Warranty / 10,000 miles (from the time you take possession) and a 14-Day reject or refund policy.

Coverage Overview

The three types of coverage are as follows:

For all vehicles, you are covered for 6 months from the vehicle purchase date or until your vehicle has been driven 10,000 miles, whichever occurs earlier, along with the 14-Day reject or refund policy.

Limited Warranty Coverage

The Limited Warranty covers repairs on all assemblies and parts on the asset, except:

  • Interior or exterior cosmetic imperfections (all imperfections are shown on the asset’s gallery page)
  • Replaceable or wearable parts
  • Recommended maintenance
  • Aftermarket accessories

Warranty Transferability

It is important to note that the 6-Month Limited Warranty / 10,000 miles is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another party.

Legal Rights & Limitations

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state, province, or jurisdiction.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WILL EXPIRE UPON THE SALE OF YOUR ASSET OR WHEN YOUR VEHICLE REACHES THE SPECIFIED TIME LIMITATION, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.

You cannot transfer this Limited Warranty to anyone else. You may be entitled to the benefit of other warranties under state law, which may be different from this Limited Warranty. Your state law may not allow limitations as outlined in this Limited Warranty. In such cases, we follow applicable state law where it differs from the Limited Warranty.

Under state law, the applicability of certain types of damages and the scope of our responsibility as outlined in this Limited Warranty may vary. Specific regulations in some states may supersede or modify these terms. Therefore, the terms of this Limited Warranty may not be universally applicable and may be subject to state-specific regulations.

PAYMENT

Upon successfully winning an auction or completing a “Buy Now” purchase, our system will automatically send a notification to the email address associated with the winning Bid or Buy Now account. This notification will be sent after the auction is won and will include an invoice along with detailed instructions required to complete the purchase.

The invoice will contain specific payment instructions, including the necessary details for completing payment via bank wire transfer.

If the email is not immediately visible in your inbox, please check your junk mail or spam folder to ensure the notification has not been filtered. We encourage all buyers to monitor their email folders to avoid missing important communications.

Accepted Payment Method

Please be advised that payment for the vehicle and all associated assets must be made after winning the auction and can only be completed via Bank Wire Transfer.

We do not accept any other form of payment, including but not limited to:

  • Credit Cards
  • PayPal
  • Cashier’s Checks
  • Vehicle trade-ins

Bank Wire Transfer Procedure

Making a bank wire transfer involves the following steps:

  1. Contact your bank
    Initiate the wire transfer by contacting your bank in person, by phone, or through online banking.
  2. Provide recipient details
    You will be required to provide the recipient’s name, account number, and the bank’s name and address. All required details will be included on the invoice issued after winning the auction.
  3. Verify fees and exchange rates
    Your bank will advise you of any applicable wire transfer fees and exchange rates if the transfer involves a different currency.
  4. Initiate the transfer
    Once all recipient details are confirmed and fees verified, instruct your bank to proceed with the wire transfer.

The invoice will include, but is not limited to, the following information:

  • Bank name and address
  • Account name and address
  • Account number
  • Routing number
  • Wire reference number

Proof of Payment

After completing the bank wire transfer, please upload the payment confirmation receipt as specified on the invoice.

International Wire Transfers

For international customers, please note that intermediary banks involved in the wire transfer process may apply additional processing fees. These fees are separate from those charged by the originating bank and may be deducted from the total wire amount. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the full invoice amount is received, inclusive of all associated fees.

Final Sale Policy

All “Offers” and “Buy Now” transactions are considered final. Once your Bid or Buy Now is accepted, you are obligated to complete the purchase.

Please ensure that you are fully committed to purchasing the vehicle or asset before placing a Bid or selecting Buy Now. If you have any uncertainty, we strongly advise refraining from placing a Bid or Buy Now to avoid potential issues or contractual obligations.
