1. Register to Bid or Buy Now

To initiate the “Bid” or “Buy Now” process, you will need to complete the registration process with Elite Auction Center prior to placing any bid or selecting the Buy Now option.

The registration process entails signing up for a Free Membership and submitting a government-issued photo ID. Submission of a government-issued photo ID is required in order to verify your identity and confirm your contact information.

Your government-issued photo ID will be used strictly for identity verification purposes and to ensure the accuracy of the information provided during registration. Completion of the registration process is mandatory before you are permitted to participate in any Bid or Buy Now transaction.

2. “Bid” Or “Buy Now”

We have simplified the “Bid” and “Buy Now” process to make it easy and transparent for our clients.

When placing a Bid or selecting Buy Now, you should carefully determine the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the vehicle. If your Offer is successful, you will be required to complete payment for the vehicle. If your Offer is not successful, your Bid or Buy Now will be automatically canceled.

Please note that all Offers and Buy Now selections are final. You should only place a Bid or select Buy Now if you are fully committed to purchasing the vehicle and have completed the necessary due diligence, as you may ultimately become the highest Offer.

Alternatively, you may choose the Buy Now option if you are willing to pay the listed Buy Now price and prefer to bypass the bidding process.

It is important to understand that all Offers and Buy Now transactions are final, and once a Bid or Buy Now is accepted, the sale is considered final. If you fail to complete your purchase for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. Therefore, if you do not intend to purchase the vehicle, please refrain from placing a Bid or selecting Buy Now.
